Cowfold FC are always looking to add to and strengthen the team, so if you're a keen footballer who is free to train on a Wednesday evening at 7.30pm and play on a Saturday afternoon, please get in touch .

The club is running four teams for the first time in the West Sussex Football League this season, one in the Premier Division and one that won Division 3 North last season and is now in Division 2 North. The third team is playing in Division 4 North after winning Division 5 Central last season and the newly formed fourth team will play in Division 5. The club also has a veterans team!

Season 2009/10 was a very successful season with the first team finishing third in the Premier Division, the highest position ever and they also won the Mid Sussex Senior Charity Cup. The Reserves were champions of Division 3 North and the Thirds were Champions of Division 5 Central.
